Damaged and Missing Items

We do our best to ensure the safe delivery of our products. However, there are instances where the products could be defective or experience damage during the delivery process.

To prepare for such situations, we recommend our partners to record an unboxing video when they open our shipments. Attatching the video to us can be helpful when we need to contact the supplier or shipping company for inquiries.

We also record packing video for all shipments.
We will provide appropriate compensation for the incident as soon as we check the unpacking video and the packing video.
