Damaged and Missing Items

We always strive to ensure the safe delivery of our products. However, there can be instances where some products arrive defective or get damaged during transit.


To prepare for such situations, we recommend that our partners to record a full unboxing video from when they start opening the boxes. Providing us with an unboxing can greatly assist in the cases of damaged and missing items.

 

Please note that claims regarding damaged and missing items must be submitted within one week of receiving your shipment in order to be valid.


We also record the packing process for all shipments on our end. Appropriate compensation will be provided as soon as we review the video footage of packing as well as unboxing.

 

An appropriate compensation, such as a replacement or a refund, will be provided after reviewing the unboxing video or the photo of the product.
