Can I get a replacement of damaged items?

We do our best to ensure the safe delivery of our products. However, there are instances where the products could be defective or get damaged during the delivery process.
In those cases, it's necessary for us to determine whether it's an issue with the product or with the delivery.

To prepare for such situations, we would appreciate if the partner recoarded an unboxing video of our shipments.
Attatching the video to the email that yu send us can be helpful when we need to contact the supplier or shipping company for inquiries.

We also record packing video for all shipments.
We will replace or refund the items as soon as we check the unpacking video and the packing video.
